Great place to stay, beautiful suite large rooms with full size refrigerator, kitchen sink and microwave, nice sitting area and very comfortable beds. Hotel looks very new and also has a wonderful free breakfast with waffles, oatmeal, ham and egg sandwiches everything was delicious and so comfortable. This was our 3 time staying here and we will definitely stay again next week as we travel home from the Holidays. We walked over to Big Texan restaurant to eat supper was such an amazing place with great food!

The lobby was nicely decorated, and the front desk was friendly. We checked after 9 p.m., and the room smelled as if it was freshly cleaned. The only problem was there were hair strands in the sheets. We went downstairs and requested a new set, which was promptly provided. Ironically, one of those also had several long strands on them. This morning, when attempting to shower, the water wouldn't go down, and then I noticed the drain was clogged with hair. Normally, we don't experience any issues at this location. It is also conveniently located next door to Big Texan and easy to walk to for dinner.

First time staying at a Home2. It exceeded my expectations. Front desk was very pleasant and accommodating. Room was awesome - nice kitchen area with dishes and a dishwasher! All was very clean. Standard hotel breakfast, the area was clean and well-maintained. Best of all, walking distance to the big Texan steakhouse!

Spent 1 night passing through. Lots of food options, even a resturant next door. There is plenty of free parking. While this is a dog friendly hotel ( I appreciate), my only issue was that they seemed to put a lot of dog owners on the first floor- which is heavily trafficked. So it's loud and not easy to sleep. Otherwise, the room is apartment style, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast had a good amount of hot and cold items.

Horrible management, manager is definitely racist . Has no sense of service understanding or respect. Lacks communication skills . The manager made racial remarks about my sons and accused them of skipping out on the room fee , however it is my room and had nothing to do with them, card is on file for a reason and room was paid for how would I have keys .My sons were irrelevant and she proceeded to direct everything towards them and stated “ this always happens with people like them” I will be contacting BBB as well as Hilton corporate! Room was nice though.

We stayed here at the end of March '23 and provided a 5 star review. I'm not one to normally complain. However, all my complaints are associated with a lack of ownership by the employees this stay... My kids were not given any pillows for the pull out... Front desk said sorry... There is nothing we can do... Shower would not drain and smelled like wet dog... Front desk said,"just raise the metal bar and you'll be fine"... Trash cans were overflowing outside and then the wind picked up... All the breakfast options were the bare minimum and not good... I'm all about providing grace when I see employees who have a work hard, care a lot, attitude. Many of the patrons can be rude and lazy (leaving dog waste for someone else) However, this hotels problems right now seem to be tied to employee motivation and attitude. Not sure we're gonna come back.
